A former educator turned campaign manager, I follow my passions. At college, I had not a clue what I wanted to do. A professor suggested education. She said my mix of charisma and patience would make me a good teacher, so I dove in. I loved the creativity, collaboration, and story building that a classroom offered, but recognizing my desire to grow as a person and professional, I decided to pivot. A local State Senator had asked me to manage her reelection campaign and, hungry to learn how to manage people and projects, I said yes. As campaign manager, I loved the deliberate and creative process of movement building, inspiring people to buy into a vision and dedicate themselves to a cause. Learning to manage my team, which was filled with creative and hungry young people, was challenging, but whenever a conflict arose or challenge presented itself, I approached it as an opportunity for growth and to test my adaptive spirit. In this high octane, fast-paced world, I learned how to be an effective leader, clear communicator, and humble collaborator.
Today, I am a creative, movement builder who is ready to jump head first into the world of marketing and advertising.
